We’ll review the project brief, schedule a call to ask clarifying questions, and build a proposal based on your criteria.
2 Proposal & pricing
Based on the information provided in the Project Form, we’ll send you a proposal that defines the research and budget requirements, and deliverables. See our FAQ for information about our fee schedule. Please understand that the fee schedule is just a starting point; we can work with you to craft the right project plan within your budget.
3 RETAINER FEE
If you choose to move forward, a non-refundable retainer fee of $150 is required to guarantee your spot in our calendar.
4 project underway
Once we start your project, we’ll provide you with updates every two weeks in email briefings. Details that require further clarification may be made during a phone call. If you wish to make changes to the project scope that alter the agreed upon deliverables, we can work with you to refine the objectives and adjust the budget accordingly. We’ll keep you apprised of any roadblocks or concerns, and ensure that we stay on schedule and within budget.
